Question Suitable Cleaning Products..

I'm completely OCD when it comes to cleaning, especialy while Lady is still toilet training. I know Jays fluid and cloudy Dettoll can be harmful and anything they can lick off their paws but what cleaning products are safe to use with dogs??

Also have discovered that Neutradol vaccuum bags take doggy smells out of carpets, so do the smelly radiator sachets emptied into hoover bags (sorry if you have a dyson).

Is it true that biological washing powder removes the scent of pee to a dog???

Re: Suitable Cleaning Products..

Soda Water on Pee neutralises the smell. I have recently been using the new Flash Clean and Care Cleaner. It is Sodium Bicarbonate and working really well at moment

Re: Suitable Cleaning Products..

Biological washing powders are far better than disinfectants, since it breaks down the fatty enzymes within the faeces.

A good tip I picked up from Jan Fennel's book, which really does work

Re: Suitable Cleaning Products..

I thought I'd read it somewhere!!! If I mop the wood with it it makes it all dull so I tend to let it dry then go over it again with the new non cloudy dettol! Love the stuff, been on Chemo too long not to!
