Some may have seen the post I did on another thread, about a young labrador bitch, offered on freecycle as the owners bought her to breed from, and weren't impressed when she had just one dead pup, so she was put up for sale (edited to say, not even for sale, just for free)

I'm pleased to say she's now in rescue and will be going to a new home once the right one is found, here she is

How brilliant are those Labrador people for acting so swiftly, the lady who went to pick her up is an angel, lovely, lovely lady.

Glad to hear she has been rescued with a view to a new loving home.

When i see dogs of certain breeds been given away with the same old 'good home only' i wonder why they don't give them away to breed rescues. Firstly the rescue centre would find the dog the best home by doing home checks and secondly it helps the rescue centres financially.
