Smile Thanks max

Ok so im cleaning the bathroom floor (on hands and knees) and i see something move out of the corner of my eye (we have a black carpet on the landing and stairs) so i thought it was just a shadow then relise its a huge spider .... I scream very loudly and shout for max (hoping he will either scare the spider away or even better eat it so i dont have to deal with it ) This didnt happen max strolls over to the spider sniffs it then casually walks down stairs and lays down in the hall

At this point in practually hyperventelating.... I throw a towel over the spider and run down stairs.... OH then gets in and now the spider is no were to be seen....thats me not sleeping tonight

creepy-creepy-crawly-crawly-creepy-creepy-crawly-crawly Boris lives!

Sorry about that. Poor spider's been screamed at, sniffed at and had a towel thrown on him, he's probably more frightened than you are. I'm sure he's cowering away somewhere.

Re: Thanks max

Wow, must've been the big move last night - we had a massive one crawl across the living room floor which I ended up catching and taking outside, and whilst on the phone to my OH last night, he had to go and catch one as well

Re: Thanks max

Lol, I know how you feel!

You're going to have to get a fake spiker and teach Max how to save you from any future encounters!

The amount of times I've been pleading with Sherlock or Kinvara to get a spider for me, and all they do is stare at me and my finger with bewilderment (or disdain, in the case of Kinvara).

They often play with spiders of their own volition, but rarely end up eating them - just tormenting them for a while till they get bored and the spider finds a new hiding place, plotting his revenge on our family.

This time of year is terrifying for us arachnophobes!

Awweh ya big wuss! I found a frog when clearing up the rubbish in our rented houses' back yard last year - twas so cute! I made him a little pond out of a plastic tub to sit in til he was ready to go on his way

Also, once whilst gardening, my auntie SWORE a SNAIL jumped at her!
