Springer hair cuts

having 2 vizzies I am now faced with a dog with a coat ! So what cuts, and I know nothing about this subject, would be suitable for a working ess ?

Molly has a full tail so I trim that, in between her feet and under her ears. I have used thinning scissors for curly bits!

Don't know of any "styles" but always just sent my lad in for a trim.

I went to a groomer who owned, bred and showed american cockers. Not quite the same thing but she had an idea on trimming spaniels, I didn't want him shaved like I see so many people do and I have to say they always did a wonderful job with him.
