It's been 24 hours
since we've seen Piper and its killing me waiting to pick her up!
It's mine and OH's 7 year anniversary today and we went into London yesterday to see a play (Belles Strategem, AWESOME play) and then to Gaucho's for a meal. As we would be out all day Piper has gone to her 'second home' (friends parents who adore her and look after her if she is left more than 4 hours). We are meant to be picking her up later today as she loves it there but I really want to get her now as the house is too quiet!! What's the longest you can cope without your dogs?? |

Re: It's been 24 hours
We have never really left our dogs only for some shopping trips.
I couldn't go on holiday and leave Dillon, we always took Amber to France with us, and will do the same with Dillon when he's a bit older.

Re: It's been 24 hours
Hope you do not mind my honest opinion but, Do you not think this is over involvement being unable to leave a dog? Iambic sure it's good for you or the dog if you can never leave them. Independence is a key skill dogs need to develop surely to be well rounded pets?

If you don't mind my honest opinion, you seem to have a real issue with people caring for their dogs, as you tend to think they are just animals? |
