Fireworks... -

Just an idea, i expect that some of you totally disagree, but some dogs and animals really hate fireworks our dog is still not happy about going for walkies she wouldnt walk out of the front door until today, she got frightend Wednesday night, dont you think that fireworks should only be sold to organised events. at least then we know when they will go off???

Re: Fireworks... -

I really dont understand why fireworks havent been limited to organised events already, it makes me furious ... they scare the pants off pets & wildlife, the amount of "trash" left over from fireworks in the parks the next day is horrendous! I dont understand why they have to be SO loud too!

I wonder how long it will take the government to DO something about this .... every year there are casualties, they may as well just let everyone carry guns / knives at this time of year as no one seems to care.

Phew ... really hate fireworks and all the idiots it seems to bring out

Hi
I dont totally agree but I think that there should be certain days its allowed and definately within certain hours...We have people round us who set them off any old day and way past midnight and it disturbs me never mind anything else.
In regards to Margo being scared of them ,when we got her i got you tube up and played some fire work clips over a few days slowly increasing the volume and come the night she didnt even lift her head!
