sometimes i do actually start to wonder whether it`s much kinder to euthanize when a dog has been there that long

Saul lives his life to the full at the rescue, they do agility with him in the field, he goes home with his fave member of staff sometimes, she has worked so much with him and he is such a fab dog. I dont think pts should be an option but rather more publicity is needed!

to be honest it sounds like they have done as much as they can , even had him on tv with no luck , i`d rather a dog be pts than spend a hell of a long time in kennels , it`s so much kinder to the dog.
failing that , another option would be to move him to rescue elsewhere in the country , rescues do often do this with dogs that get overlooked

He sounds like a lovely happy dog and I think it would be awfully cruel to pts just because he hasn't found his forever home.

a dog whom has to spend maybe the rest of his life in kennels is also cruel , it`s no life for a dog.

He has a fab time up there! They are a small kennels all of the dogs get one on one time and plenty of things to do.
I know there is a rescue crisis but to suggest such a wonderful happy dog be pts because he has been in there for ages is a bit ott
