A nasty time on a walk

My son and I tookCaoimhe our gr pup(4 months) out for a walk after tea.
Had noticed just before we went out that she had lost a tooth (lost one yesterday aswell) but she seemed fine.
Got to the field and started throwing her frisbee and she got it and ran around like a mad thing then suddenly turned on my son snapping at his arms and ankles I tried to distract her with the frisbee and a treat but she started leaping up at me really snarling and biting my coat sleeves She finally caught my arm, more of a bad nip than a bite but still really sore as I pulled my arm away her canine tooth came out on the back of my hand her mouth seemed to be bleeding quite a bit which didnt happen with the other teeth Eventually managed to get hold of her collar and get her lead back on. I feel really bad for holding her down but it was the only way to stop her biting me or my son Shes always been a bit bitey when excited but this was much worse Do you think it was maybe she yanked her tooth with the frisbee and it was painful She is scoffing her supper at the moment and it doent seem to be preventing her from that! Its the first time Ive actually been a bit frightened as my son nearly took her on his own and I hate to think what she would have been like with just him
