AND WANTED TO SHARE MY EXCITEMENT

Id been thinking about adding a whippet female to my family for a while, she would be a companion for my 12mth old crossbreed Bailey and be my little Princess.

Advice on whippets...as a second dog? I got chatting with Freyja for some whippety advise and explained I was planning a new pup in the next few months......

WELL....she ended up telling me she had two 6mth old little ladies for sale and sent me pics...I completely fell in love with one of them and after a chat with my partner we found ourselves driving down to meet them yesterday....the rest is history.

My new little lady is a proper little diva and knows she is a pretty thing as she kept staring at herself in the mirror....LOL...she is very excitable and giddy but im hoping to re-route that energy into some obedience and fun agility over time.

Im collecting her to bring home next Sunday - I cant even explain how excited I am.

I hope if Freyja sees this she might add a little piccie for me as my camera battery was dead.

How exciting; the big day will be here before you know it .

Im 99% sure she will be called Mishka
(or spelt Mischa but I want it to be pronounced Mish-Ka not Mee-sha)

Just need to get the nod from my partner that he is happy with that...he would call her Gertrude given half a chance!

LOL...I saw someone walking a gorgeous whippet today and thought...that will be me soon!!

Freyja did say that she would put a piccie up for me but I think she is out today so might be abit later on.

I'm here I've been out judging handling classes at a fun show all day.

I've been waiting for Mimi g to post this since last night after they came and met our family or some of them I thought it might put them of whippets if they met the whole mad lot at the same time. They did get to meet the 2 girls Simba Freyja and Amber the iggies and little chihuahua Lily

Here is the little madam at the moment she is Kizzy but as soon as I get the nod she will have her name changed. I wasn't trying to strangle her just trying to keep her still

We called for a pizza on the way home so didn't get in until 11!!!
