My puppy cannot be kc registered due to endorsements, been told about dog lovers reg club. Just wondered whether there are any benefits of me doing this?

There are none.

It was set up by puppy farmers, for puppy farmers, to mislead people into thinking they were getting something they weren't.

Its a worthless piece of paper.
