Anyone used John Lewis insurance?

Insurance renewal is up, £5 more expensive than last year, despite never having made a claim.

Had a look, John lewis have a better policy, lifetime, £10k per condition per year, for £7 per month cheaper. Currently only have 5k per condition per year.

But obviously that's all irrelevant if they're pants isn't it lol.

Any opinions?

Not sure about John Lewis but I our vet was complaining last week that they are haveing a load of bother with Argos, Asda & Tesco's & for once E&L are the good guys

We had Holly with Argos but they increased her premium to much after the 1st year with no claims so with Axa now, spots crossed

Re: Anyone used John Lewis insurance?

We're with JL. Good price and seemingly a high amount of cover. We've only had Izzy for 3 months though and never had to claim ao can't comment on how good they actually are!

Not that it's much help but I did have to ring them over some paperwork problems and they were very helpful with that!

John Lewis are fine. You could also look at Marks and Spence or VetsMediCover. Most people have little problem with ASDA or Argos. The best, and most expensive, is Pet Plan. If you are looking for life long cover be careful with Sainsburys - their lifetime cover isn't lifelong, it's a 'per condition' cover.

Don't, unless you are demented, use either E&L or The Kennel Club.

E&L AKA Pet-Insurance.co.uk were a right for months when we 1st started cliaming for Banjo, but have been 1st class since & have only increased his premium a little each year & pay for continued hydro & accupuncture for him

PS

I used to be demented but Im ok now I think
