Holly has two solid black ears & she is

I think there used to be some rule about brown on black spotted dogs these two both have a couple of spots that you can see a bit of brown on but both there mums were so to be expected I would think I dont care they are both winners in my book well most of the time

Yes sorry, I was only referring to Dalmatians I only know this about them because we're getting one in a few weeks and I'm researching night and day!

I absolutely LOVE the solid colours on Dally's ears I'm hoping ours will have it! I may paint them on if not......

My next Dally will be a bitch with 2 black ears

I know patched dogs can be registered, what about Lemons/Orange? They are a dilute of liver but not a 'recognized' colour.
