Yeah, I don't understand this either, there is no way I'd consider keeping a job more important than blowing the whistle on someone like her. I'm not judging really but I just don't understand.

I also don't get why people like her take on jobs like this when they are incapable of even looking after the basic welfare of animals Also how/why did she get this job of being trusted with other peoples precious pets?

Whatever it is, this is sickening to read & I hope you (OP) have the strength to take some of the great advice you've been given on here & do something about ending the suffering of these poor animals in her 'care' as soon as you can.

I know what I want to do to her.

I wouldn't be able to work there. . .I'd feel far too guilty for it. . .I would have to leave and report her.
I'm a nurse and with the job situation as it is I am looking for jobs in every possible area including nursing homes. . . these are the types of places where similar things go off as what is going off in this kennel but with people and I would never be able to stand back and let him happen. . .I would report them the first time I saw anything and hand in my resignation and refuse to work the notice.

In a way I think it's even worse when it happens to animals because they wouldn't be able to understand if you told them you were sorting out the problem for them and they wouldn't have to put up with it any longer.

u could also get in touch with the "Inside out programme" they do alot of exposes onplaces like this, they have already done 2 on our local puppy farmer, they r regional programmes and thye have blogs etc, they can also help u in what evidence and how 2 gather it, good luck thik this woman needs 2 meet with a rather nasty accident if u ask me

report the kennels now dont leave other dogs to suffer why dont the staff do something, they could find themselves classed as responsible if they know this is happewning and dont do anything. How can they continue to work there?

I don't understand what people get from doing things like this to defenceless animals, the elderly and children other than that they are cowardly bullies who wouldn't dream of doing it to someone who could actually strike back.
This old tart probably beat her kids if she had any too. I would soo love to see her after dark with an iron bar! And i'm not even an aggressive person but low lives like her make me puke!

I'd rather report her and they could stick their job where the sun don't shine and sign on for a couple of weeks, than work alongside her cos i'm sure i'd end up hurting her anyway!

I have an update.

I told a friend (who also works in some kennels) about what is going on at this place, she told her manager and she is sorting everything out, reporting it and pushing it along. Hopefully my friend will update me whenever she can on the situation.

I am totally disgusted at my other friend though. I asked her if she has had a word with the kennels owner about the way this woman is treating the animals and she says no, she doesnt want to stir things up and she wants to go back at christmas time SERIOUSLY??!?!?! why would anyone want to work in a place like that?! She is so two-faced its unbelievable. I knew for a fact she wouldnt do anything about it.
Well, at the moment its out of my hands, my other friends manager has taken over and hopefully soon i will be able to update again. Thanks to everyone that gave me advice
