That's because every batch is carefully quality controlled and tested (by the bear ) and if anything is in the least bit substandard it goes in the bin (like the ruined banana muffin batch)
I am constantly looking to improve the recipes, texture sizes and I am impressed that you noticed the extra herbiness of these tuna triangles

Totally agree, as well as my own stuff, I will buy other homemade stuff at shows, ziwipeak treats are a favourite too. Variety being the spice and all that
