Constipation

Me again

Kenzie's a bit constipated from the spay and/or the meds.

Is there anything I can do to help things along?

Thanks

ETA she did a normal poop last night but today really strained and only a little bit came out and it was quite hard.

Re: Constipation

Thanks. I've got salmon oil, I wonder if that would work.

This spay after-care business is stressful!

Re: Constipation

Also pumpkin is very good for sorting bowels out. Ive used the Applaws tinned cat food before (chicken and pumpkin flavour). Its only chicken, pumpkin and rice so isnt bad for dogs.

Thanks everyone, I've got some milk and some salmon oil into her (because that's all I had) so hopefully that will loosen things up
