I wish my puppy would wear my cocker x jack russel out! No chance, last night I wanted them to just settle in the lounge before i went up to bed for 30mins without playing. I nearly had to pin the puppy down! lol of course i didnt i just massaged his shoulders and confined him to the other sofa whilst Lola laid on a cushion on the other sofa eyeing each other up lol any sudden movement and the other thought it was play time once again.

that is the only thing i would say...we did an experiment to see if they would tire each other out if we just left them together and they don't. Play play play, can get quite vocal and in the end we have to seperate them for time out. They are both as bad as each other!!!

I think when they are older the puppy will be alot calmer as is a whippet and wont be jumping all over Lola 24 -7. When i have his recall good and they are out together i hope then they will wear each other out.

Realistically we are looking at another 6 months before we get to this stage.

Have you thought about a rescue that is 1-2 years old that way you might miss that bit!

Bless them snoozing! How old are your 2? Merlin is v laid back at home is currently asleep on my feet! Will look into all options backed we make a decision but as our circumstances have changed we want to try to do the best for everyone! Will keep you all posted on our decisions and of course lots of photos if we do get a pup!
