I refuse to believe that little bundle of gorgeousness and cuddles is doing anything....in fact i believe you are prodding him with a stick when he goes to sleep then taking pictures of him trying to find whatever poked him....that first picture is clearly a cry for help as he is now fed up of not getting any sleep....look at his sad sad eyes

I think he should come and live with me so he can get some decent sleep
