Problems with Zooplus??
I ordered on Saturday and it's usually here by now. All I've received is order confirmation so I rang them. Apparantly they are having a problem with paypal payments???

Anyone else is having problems with a recent order??

I placed an order on Wednesday but paid by credit card - I havnt received the parcel yet but the tracking number given tells me that it has been received at parcelforce for dispatch - this is the first time I ve ordered from them so fingers crossed

Not recently but I ordered from them this time last year and it took forever to come, I was really quite cross about it in the end and haven't used them since, I think it wound up taking 3 weeks to get everything

Well I know something has been delivered at least but not at home so have to see! I have had wrong things before, last order I was missing a rope tug thing but had a bag of cat food in the order & I don't have a cat

They never really sold huge amounts of things I wanted which is why I only used them last year, it was for Roo's birthday presents! Saying this the bed I got was really quite good as were some of the toys. Being fed raw etc I don't buy any treats and the dogs have a lot of toys and don't have beds so I don't really buy from anyone regularly. Wanted a rabbit fur ball, kong wobbler, stag bar and a tug toy for Rupe's birthday and I'm having to get them all from separate retailers so postage is a stinker!

I did look on Zooplus but was gutted they didn't have even two of what I wanted either
