Wanted a rabbit fur ball, kong wobbler, stag bar and a tug toy for Rupe's birthday and I'm having to get them all from separate retailers so postage is a stinker!

I did look on Zooplus but was gutted they didn't have even two of what I wanted either
Lucky Rupert they sound fab birthday pressies, He'll prob get more than me!!!
I know what you mean about p and p, I hate paying it

re Zooplus, I think their delivery always takes forever at least 2 weeks and once the box arrived with a massive hole in it!!

I've never a problem with delivery taking too long but I must agree about their packaging. It isn't the greatest But I've only a real issue with it once, when 7 tins were dinted and one was busted open, and the refunded me for 8 tins without asking for proof ect and I could still use the 7 dinted ones so I'm pretty happy with zooplus, and I love their selection of natural dog chews

My packaging was good when I got it, but then it was a big dog bed, few packs of treats and lots of toys so not really anything heavy to get damaged I suppose. There really isn't anyone for dog shopping that I seem to stick with, I think I go with someone else everytime I want something

Usually I'm the same, but zooplus does stuff for the bird and cats too and is usually cheaper (with free delivery as well) so I like shopping there, esp as they do a big range of decent food for the cats

Our cats are buggers we can't get them to eat anything decent so its literally only dog stuff I've gotten. They do seem alright though, nice wide variety of toys/beds etc

My cats are the same with wet food, fussy little buggers. But I've yet to find other places that do such a variety of natural chews, kaiser loves the kangaroo tendons

Re: Problems with Zooplus??

I have never had a problem before, other than the occasional dented tin and as mentioned, they credit quite happily. Last time they credited £10.98 for 12 smilla - only 4 were dented so I cant argue that side of things.

I normally order on Sat/Sun, get a despatch advice Tues/Wed and it's here Thurs/Fri. Never had to wait longer.

Perhaps I will pay via credit card next time.
