Meowwoof is on a distinguished road
Re: First night with new pup

Thanks, reassuring to know

Sixstar - I have kept her on he same food as she was having with her siblings at her old home. Pedigree puppy food, mixture of half dry and half wet. But my cats seem to prefer her food to theirs and she fights to get to their cat food?!?!

She was much better last night, put a big brown bear in her crate and she loves it.
However, today she dosnt seem to be Hungry at all. Drinking plenty and very playful, normal poops etc, but shes only eaten about a third of a puppy food pouch. I thought puppies were meant to have massive diets.
I staggered her meals, at 7am she ate a fair bit, but at 11 and 3 she ate nothing and now at 10 shes still not eaten nothing. But shes perfectly happy.

Thanks Bearcub for the advice. She sure is demanding (i say as im sat on my laptop and she is chewing the corner of it )

Was so funny this morning, after she had her food i went back to sleep for an hour and she slept on my tummy. When our alarm went off she shot up barking, was so funny. I dont think we will ever sleep through an alarm again!
