Re: Please Help... Quick Replies Needed!! Wrong?

Everyone I've spoken to have said that because he was signed over, they had every right to put him down. All we can hope for is an apology, and for them to know he wasn't dangerous. Nothing will bring him back. I'm still waiting for the officer in charge to get back to me, so I'll give it another week before restarting it, as he said he would try within the fortnight.. :/

Thanks again for all the kind words and help. Leo deserves people to know he wasn't dangerous. :/ Plus, as someone mentioned, she came into his garden, so he was in every right to bite i think...

I shall keep updating and good luck with the two dogs left in the car! I hope they get justice too :/

Re: Please Help... Quick Replies Needed!! Wrong?

Just one more thing here!
Assuming that the police knew that you cousin was blind then the destruction notice would have had to have been witnessed by a third party (independant) as with any statement made to the police would!! There may be a loophole here- personally if this were a reletive of mine I would NOT be satisfied with an apology - I would be out for blood ! A LOT of blood!

Re: Please Help... Quick Replies Needed!! Wrong?

The police are saying that the blind man signed the dog to their care, meaning the police don't have to tell us anything, or about the dog being put down, as it is legally their property. :/
Still, the blind man didn't have anyone to read to him what was going on :/
Still no news from the police.

Gah.
