Re: Llw

It's a lovely feeling isn't it? Poppy was a puller, and I was pulling my hair out, until a couple of months ago, she would have been about 10 months old before she started to be calmer on the lead. With a little help from advice from someone on here (possibly Rob ) where I called her back and dropped a treat behind my foot to get her to come back. Had to work long and hard at it but we've got there in the end - I'd say 90% LLW now, just pulling when she sees someone/a dog she knows or realises she's on her way to the beach! Walks are soooooooo much more pleasant now, we just have to stop and sniff every blade of grass, every leaf and every square inch of pavement .

I know what you mean; I used to check to see if Kilo had somehow slipped his collar at times .
