I totally totally love Steve :D

He gets home at dinnertime today from work and tells us all we have an hour to get ready to go out ... but wont tell us where we're going

so , we pile into the car and after an hour and a half of driving we're going down this road heading towards a farm ... we get out to be met by this farmer who obviously knows whats going on cos he just looks at me and says 'this way love' with a huge grin on his face
into a barn and theres a stall with a board across the front and 5 of the most adorable black and white BC puppies you've ever seen
I look at Steve and he says, with a grin bigger than the farmers , well pick one then , but they arent ready to leave for three weeks

So , I chose my little girl , she's sooooo cute , no fear in her at all , loved snuggling up, she kept pushing her head into my face for a cuddle and every time I spoke to her , her little tail wagged like fury

Im just so excited ... the farmer was lovely and said cos you cant come round every week til you get her , ring up any time you want to check on your pup (cos of the distance the next time we go will be to collect her)

like Toff, she's from working parents so not pedigree ... we saw both Mum and Dad and they are gorgeous dogs, lovely temperament , very friendly

The farmer was surprised by Toff , he said he was a great looking dog and very big for an 8 month old .... tbh I dont notice how big Toff is but other people have remarked on his size before
anyway , our girl will be much smaller than Toff ... though she'll probably still boss him around when she's bigger , lol

Im trying to think of a name for her , I kinda like Gypsy , but Steves not overly keen on it

No way am I gonna sleep tonight , lol

You'll have to post some pics - it's easier to name when you can see em! How about Liquorice, because she's balck - goes well with Toffee! Congratulations on your imminent new arrival! Bet you can't wait!
