hi Guy's as some of you know I should be picking my puppy up today. The only thing is I can't get hold of the breeder to arrange a time to call to pick him up.
I have been ringing her since 12.45 yesterday her mobile is turned off and her the other two numbers I have just keep ringing. I have left her two voice mails and three texts.

What would you guys do?

1, just go to the house and hope she's in which is an hours drive away from my house.

2, leave it and look for another breeder and lose my £50 deposit I put on him.

Me and my family or quite upset as we have been waiting to bring him home now for two weeks. We have everything in place but know little pup

Hi I do not rally know the circumstances on the plans you had made with the breeder. Did you visit a few times etc. before putting down a deposit?
Did you and the breeder get on okay?
Did you arrange today as a pick up ?
I would not drive down but keep trying to contact via phone, there may be a good reason why you cannot get hold of them. Hope you hear something soon, there is nothing worse than waiting to get a puppy

Yes got on great with breeder she was so friendly I have been in touch with her by e-mail and phone several times to see how he was doing. The last time I spoke to her (a week ago) she said he was doing great and it would be fine to pick him up today just ring her before I go to check its still OK.
I put the deposit on him straight away as he was so cute and the dog for us.

i hope you get your puppy..did you get a reciept when you paid your deposit?

If she can't arrange a time - you make one your self and arrive there.

No didn't get a receipt. I know stupid but really trusted her she was so nice. My daughter is so upset
My husband as said to look somewhere else as she hasn't evan rang me or replied to my messages. I can't believe she would just ignore my calls as we got on so well. I just keep saying to myself something probably happened at her end eg family in Hospital.

I just don't know what to do for the best

My daughter keeps asking me just to go to the house and see if she's in. But it's far to go if she's not and then I have to deal with my daughter being upset at the house.

It's so hard to decided what to do. I have rang her several times this morning starting at 8.30 this morning but still know answer.

We are now thinking that our selfs I have been ringing since 8.30 this mourning left another voice message and texted her again plus rang the numbers several times still can't get her.

I have rang another breeder and she said to call today and if I'm happy with the puppy and she's happy with us we can take the puppy today. Only thing is this one is a bitch which we are not bothered about. I have told her about the other breeder and said I would like to take today if all is well as not going down that line again.

My Daughter is now smiling again and can't wait been picking a new name as we only had one for a dog.

I feel I'm letting the other breeder down but she's not sat here with a daughter that for two weeks as been counting the days down to getting our puppy. Plus I have myself

I know its only today we were getting him and I would of been happy to wait another week if she had been in touch and said something had happened at her end. But not to get in touch makes me now think it was a SCAM.
