Hi all after some advice we have a westie who is 5 months old. He has now decided to start ripping the carpet up (lovely). Has anyone got any ideas on how we can stop it. Many Thanks Wayne

Tough one really, but i would pull him away and tell him no make him understand the word NO when he gose near there call his name and if he cames to you give him a treat and praise him.

Re: pulling carpet up

Thanks for the replies so far, someone told me to put chilli powder down but i didn't know if it was safe or not. He is not a bad boy i think he is doing it for the attention. When there is just one of us here he doesn't do it. We start his obedience training in 2 weeks time so hope that might help.
