Was wondering if anyone can answer this query -

My 1 year old lab has recently had a little rash on her stomach (noticed after she had been to the groomers for the first time) and I have also noticed her nose is very red but not sore looking, just like perhaps that the pigment has changed, but she has also gone off her food, she will eat it, but only to stop her twin sister from eating it (who has none of the same symptons).

Any ideas?
