Marking

Hi
My staffie is going through a marking stage .. he will cock his leg and let a few drops out in random places in the house - he doesnt do a big wee and will still go outside when he really needs to go so i think he is just marking his patch - it is driving me mad though becuase i am paranoid i will miss a few little spots!

He is only a year old so i want to wait to get him done until he is 18months to 2 years (i am also going to try him in the show ring before he parts company with them) - how can i stop this!!

Also, this morning he wee'd on my puppies head - she sat and let him and he did his customary few drops right on her head and off he went .... so she has had a full head shampoo this morning bless her - whats that all about?
