I don't think it matters that you have kids. We have kids round here regularly and just because I play fight with them they aren't going to jump on a kid and start ragging them round.

i understand she is a big dog and the breed has got abit of bad press however cassie enjoys it she know when enough is enough so i dont see the problem, only barney fights with her her so he never does it with me or our kids.

long as their taught that stop means stop, i honestly dont see a problem.

My two year old plays tug of war with the pup - all closely supervised. Both parties have great fun.

i play fight with my pet jack russell bitch but when i think its getting to much and i want to stop i can stop it soo its a controled game.she loves nothing more.. xx

I guess it is a bit like playing rough n tumble with our kids. It teaches interaction, and knowing when to stop and how mfar to go.
