Quarantine facilities in North West
Hi there
We are looking at the possiblity of brining our jack russell over the UK. We are looking at quarantine facilities. The websites do not offer too much information and I am hoping that someone out there has had first had experience with either of these:
Perhaps you have had any good experiences with other quarantine facilities and would like to recommend another one? Thank you so much for taking the time to read this. Caron |

Re: Quarantine facilities in North West
Thank you for your responses so far.
We would be coming from South Africa which is not part of the pet travel scheme so she must be in quarantine for SIX MONTHS !!! The alternative is that we keep her in 'foster' care in France but this also needs to be for 6 months. I can't decide if its worse only getting to see her once a month in France but knowing that she is 'free' in foster care or to see her every day but in a kennel where she can't even be exercised! I would also love to hear from people who have also had to do this; either keeping their dog in quarantine in England or in foster care in France. |
