Re: Martin Clunes: A Man & His Dog - Sundays 9pm ITV1

It was a nice programme completely different to what was aired by BBC earlier in the week and really interesting. Chance wasnt sure at the Dingo singing he lifted his head and went back to sleep, probably didn't sound like a 'proper' dog to him, lol!!

I loved it.

Toby looked a bit alarmed at the wolves howling, but soon went back to sleep after a pat on the head.

Can't wait til next week.

My 2 were crashed out after a fun afternoon and "nan & grandads" and usually anything with dogs on they are glued to the telly, but they didn't bat an eyelid this time. However the singing Dingo woke them both up for a nanosecond

I really enjoyed it. I was curled up in bed with one of my cats who was quite disturbed when the guys started howling like wolves. She soon settled down after an extra cuddle though

I warmed to Martin Clunes during the programme as to me he seemed very sincere and genuine in his love for dogs and his desire to know more and to understand them better. I thought he was very brave going in with the wolves too and letting them get so close to his face.

I had to look away when the wolves devoured the deer and the dogs killed the rats though - too much reality for a Lump

I was exactly the same, I was definitely no fan of his, but seeing how happy he looked, obviously talking about a subject he loved, really made me start to like him

Re: Martin Clunes: A Man & His Dog - Sundays 9pm ITV1

I really enjoyed the program, it was fascinating seeing the wolf man living with a pack of wolves, he sure was brave though, at some points I was worried he would be attacked!

The terriers getting the rats was also interesting, amazing seeing the little dogs doing what they were born to do originally. Even if they did miss one LOL

I'm looking forward to seeing next weeks episode.

Re: Martin Clunes: A Man & His Dog - Sundays 9pm ITV1

I've just watched it on ITV catch up and yes it was a lot better than I thought it would be. A much better dog prog than the one on the BBC. I'll be watching it next week

If you've missed this weeks episode it's on ITV catch up for the next 4 weeks
