Not much use digging it up and giving advice after three years, is there?
if the dog isn't housetrained 3-years on, they're living in diapers.

You sound like a client of James'. If so, why don't you email him direct instead of dragging up old threads.

If you are not, and are just seeking advice, please post your question on the training and behaviour forum where professionals will be happy to assist.
