this shelter is going to be years living this down... talk about embarrassing  and how sad for the family, the dog was missing for 3 weeks by the time the story ran in the paper - that's a long lag-time for popular interest; getting the word out is so important.

Thats insane!! Anyone who know's what a dog and a coyote know what they have completely different builds and colourings.
I hope they find the poor lost Shiba-Inu. I feel so sorry for it's owners! Thats like when I go out, I've been asked if Skye was so far - Fox, Cat (Like HUH??) or a Wolf.
