Hi there.. Im new here but seeking general info about what goes on when you reach customs before entering the euro tunnel. Im travelling to france with my 16 month old border terrier Mutley. Is first holiday abroad.

I have the necesary jabs n passport sorted out but im trying to find out how easy it is to take the dog, how long you have to spend at the customs place for them to check his chip etc, both on the way out of Britain and when returning from france. Just so i can plan my travel arrangments better when knowing how long to allow for the process, and so i dont get scared when i reach the eurotunnel.

Any other advice appreciated.
