i know how you feel were just going throw this now and are having to get rid of our lovly great dogs over it we are so mad and up set

Hola, bump.

My mum was reported for her yorkies barking. She is at home all day and they only bark when somebody passes the gate if they are out in the garden at the time and my mum tells them to be quiet. Turns out it was a neighbour who works nights and wanted to sleep all day so thought he shouldn't have to listen to dogs barking..it was only minutes at a time if that.
Her and the neighbour had to keep a log of when the dogs barked and then send it to the council. If the council thought it was enough that they were a nuisance they would then have to sit outside her house with a recorder catching the dogs barking as evidence...it never got that far. If you are in a flat you must have several neighbours...point out that its odd how these haven't complained and have lived near you a lot longer so you think these people are being unreasonable. X
