Stop Now!

I have just seen the most harrowing scenes of dogs treated in the most appalling way, all in the name of Iams pet food.

PLEASE, if anyone on this forum is feeding their pets Iams, take a minute to watch this footage. I pray to God you will STOP.

Just follow this link IamsCruelty.com >> Why Iams?: Video

Re: Stop Now!

You would have to check on line Jen, since I have no idea what other companies test on cats and dogs. I only know that the brand we use Arden Grange do not.

I think Alan posted a list of ethical companies a while back. I am sure he will dip into this thread and let us know.

My hope is, that anyone who uses iams and sees this post, has the gumption to watch the video.

Re: Stop Now!

Sallyanne, can I suggest that you also watch the following and then say you do not believe it. Also, I suggest you try looking at the internet. It is FACT not fiction. Peta may come across as animal militants, but they have uncovered genuine animal abuse and thats one hell of a sweeping statement you have just made.

I would like to add that I am NOT a member of Peta.

Nina,it is my choice,I will not have anything to do with PETA,I don't believe anything they say.Peta uncover animal abuse errrm,ok,it's ok to for them to destroy rescued animals ,their staff facing cruelty charges and according to them we shouldn't own pets.
As I said if it's anything to do with PETA,I'll take it with a pinch of salt.
Have a look at the following links,
PETA Kills Animals | PetaKillsAnimals.com
Ingrid Newkirk - PETA's Shame

Re: Stop Now!

I respect your point Sallyanne, but you keep referring to Peta. I have given two links on this thread and one of them is on youtube.

If you google iams and animal abuse this information is coming from all sources, NOT just Peta.

Here are more websites highlighting Iams, one of which is Border Collie Rescue -
Don't Buy Products From Companies That Support Animal Testing | AnimalsNeedHelp.com

Iams Tests

Please do not say that they are both in cahoots with Peta. There are many more should you wish to verify further.

Re: Stop Now!

So Border Collie Rescue and numerous other companies (links in my previous post), are also part of Peta!
