Decent pet hair remover hoovers?

Something mentioned on another thread has made me start this one

What hoovers do everyone have? and how effective are they are picking up pet hair?

The ones we have had, none very impressive are:

Dyson
Hoover Pet Turbo
Vax
Cheapie Asda one

Still not found a great one!

Re: Decent pet hair remover hoovers?

Henry!! It is fantastic. Hoovers up after two toddlers, a dog and two very hairy cats and on top of that hoovers up after a very untidy hubby LOL

It is dead reliable - had it for over 6 years, used daily, never broken down.

It is used a lot in industrial and commercial properties due to the robustness and efficiency of the vacuum.

It aint all that expensive either LOL

Re: Decent pet hair remover hoovers?

Just normal ones from either Asda, Argos, Sainsburys etc. They seem good enough, they must be to get up my cats hair

Re: Decent pet hair remover hoovers?

I have a Kirby G5 they are incredibly expensive, but come with a lifetime guarantee if you get them serviced. It is the most amazing hoover I have used and is much more than just a hoover

We also have a bissell, that is great and so easy to use, a definite godsend when you have 2 dogs that can sniff out a muddy swamp a mile away and a cream carpet
