why does it matter? why do you care whether people buy kc or non kc? its a stupid question that is obviously going to offend people!

does it not occur to you that when somebody chooses a member of their family, they do not choose them according to how many papers they have or how "true to their breed" they are! unless they are USING their animal for alternative means.

and you can pay alot more for a kc reg pup then a non kc reg. especially for rare breeds.

Clueless again causing trouble dear oh dear. So clueless do you want all non kc pups put to sleep so they can buy yours, so you dont lose out on any money. People buy non kc because they are cheaper and no matter what people say on here you are never gonna stop it happening.

thats not strickly true....you can pay as much for a cross bred pup as you can for a kc reg....look at the prices of cavapoos and labradoodles ect..

I chose my two dogs not because what papers they had but because of their bloodlines and Breeders.My bitch has a KC Registration,,she was brought in as a pet first and foremost the same as my dog.
Neither were brought for alternative means eek:
Infact my bitch is now spayed so can't be used for alternative means
I also wanted them to resemble the breed they are supposed to be not some long legged whippet with a big head and Lab Ears.


Very True that you will pay more for a KC Reg pup and if you go to the right Breeder you will have a lifetime of backup and support,someone who cares about the welfare of their dogs and chosen breed.

At the end of the day it's about choice,I will not support irresponsible Breeders and irresponsibly bred puppies by buying one.I would prefer to go to rescue.

Your imagination is running away with you. I could have easily started a thread with Why did you buy a KC Reg dog. I would be willing to answer it without getting annoyed!!!!!!!
I am ethical and only breed for myself first and foremost. All my pups are spoken for from this litter Thanks so you do not have to give me Free Advertising.
As for KC being cheaper I suggest you look at For sale Ads. No one will ever stop it happening, but I for one get really concerned as I know of people who have bought Non KC Reg pups, bred from unethical, unresponsible money grabbing Breeders, only to discover their lovely cute pup has health issues and some have died prematurely.
I do notlike to see it happening, but obviously it does not bother you, so each to their own concience

Why is it an annoying thread. I never put Why FFS did anyone buy a Non KC Reg I was asking reasons why they did as I look at adverts and Non KC and KC are much the same price. There has been a lot of reasons given and I am happy at that as I always wondered.
You did hit it on the nail though I could not care less if they buy a Non KC unless they are using their animal for alternative means. If that makes me a Bad Person I advice you to put me on Ignore as I will not drop my Ethics and Morals for no one
