I'm assuming that this is the same as a limited registration that we have in Canada. My sister in law does it with her labs. If you want the breeding rights then you have to talk to the breeder. I have the breeding rights on my sheltie and collie and am in contact with the breeders quite often. My collie breeder is more interested in the working not showing aspect and so is pleased we have chosen obedience and agility, maybe we'll even have a go at herding.We'll see...Jill
