Slip Mating

I took Calli to her breeder to be mated last week, but unfortunately both times it was a slip mating and her breeder says that there is about a 10% chance of a litter from a slip mating. Has anyone on here had a litter from a slip mating?

I'm just asking this question again cos the thread is one of those that disappeared and there was some good information on it that I can't remember!

Thanks Nicci - I've got fingers, toes, eyes, everything crossed, because we've got buyers who have been (im)patiently waiting for a puppy from Callie for almost two years.

Can someone please tell me what a slip mating is?
