Depends on my bitch really Cavrooney, although usually will stand from day9.
If they stand on that day I mate then 2 days later.

I usually find mine are ready on days 12-16 but its easier for me with the Bullmastiffs as we have our own stud.
When I take the Bull terriers to stud I tend to do it on the 12-14th day.
But like clueless said, it really depends on the bitch as some are ready sooner/later than others.

i do anytime from day 9 i also have my own stud so we usually know when its all systems go
