Re: whelping box

i made my own whelping box out of pine to match my decor

didnt need heat pads at all coz i had summer babys and the wether was boiling so i had a fan on instead lol.

did the trick till they was about 6 weeks old and then they discuvered how to climb over it the sods it was then i decided to house train them all on paper, they was brilliant...they all slept in a dog bed in my living room and wen they woke up they went straight to the paper...very good babys indeed....the litter be4 them wasnt tho pmsl, they was holigons

Re: whelping box

I am going to make one tomorrow with a strong large cardboard box and I have some old pine wood which I am going to use for rails. Hopefully its going to be hot but just in case I am going to have at hand microwave heat pads. I hope I'm not to late with it only a week and a couple of days to go!
