Crufts

I know its still a long way off but I was speaking to a friend the other night about Crufts. She is traveling down from Glasgow with her whippet. I think hound day is Friday and she is planning on traveling down thursday staying in a hotel and then traveling back to Glasgow on Saturday.

My question is does anyone know the names or have a phone number for any hotels or travel lodges in the area that except dogs? She wants to get it booked in early so she doesn't have to worry about finding somewere to stay.

Re: Crufts

Tre is a premier inn and a holiday inn express with in the NEC area if she goes on the websites (google) to either of these hotels she will be able to find which one is the correct ones and I believe they both take dogs in for the Crufts weekend but I think she will have to ring their customer services to check and book the dog in.

Take care

Sarah

Re: Crufts

We've stayed at various Tavelodges over the last few years - they all accept dogs and we've usually stayed within 30 - 40 drive of NEC for between £19 - £29 per night

Re: Crufts

I stayed at a fantastic place a couple of years ago I will try to find the details, you had your own little cabin in a big garden area that was fully fenced off and you were allowed to let your dog runaround there, it was only a couple of miles from the NEC, give me some time to see if I can find the details, grrrrrrr, I am almost certain this is the place.
