Re: c section
There is nothing to say that she would produce a litter naturally after a c-section I know of many bitches that have, but if you do decide to breed her again after a section you should leave her at least 2 yrs in between mating giving her body chance to heal well, I also have heard of breeders who don't wait this long which is wrong in my eyes. especially when humans have to wait 18 months before getting pregnant again after a c-section.
One of my own bitches had a c-section and then produced a litter without any problems and her litter before the section was also natural, the only reason she had the c-section was because I paniced as the water sack twisted when it came out, plus the useless vet that I took her to wouldn't give her oxitocin to help her along he just went straight in for a c-section. I quickly changed vets after this.
If she is having to have a c-section on her first litter then I wouldn't breed from her again, but if she has had a litter naturally before it is really your decision.
Take care
Sarah
