I think if she is a rehome? already had a litter that wasnt planned? had to have a c section, I think this girl has already had enough, maybe getting her spayed is best, that way you dont have to worry if she can get pregnant after having a c section or not. for information, my girl had to have a c section, I decided then and there she would not be bred again.
