If their dog on heat gets "accidentally" mated by an male dog then why was that bitch not looked after by its owner to prevent that happening? Why was the bitch not neutered anyway?
Dogs in the main are not running about wild, so any encounter they have is usually witnessed and controlled by the owner, so it is often no "accident"and usually no "surprise" when pups are expected.

I agree 100% someone once said to me i didn`t even know she was in season, what a load of rubbish if you spend time with your dogs surely you know when their seasons are due and if you have other dogs in the house of corse you would know, i don`t have any male dogs but when one of my girls are in season even the other girls know and they all want to hump each other, i often find the girls playing trains .
