Smile german sheppard to stud

I have a German sheppard and im considering using him to stud, he is 2 and a half years old and is from a winning blood line. Originaly he was bought to use as a police dog but failed in his final week of training. He has a fantastic temprement and beautiful markings.
I would like to know if any one is aware of the best way to advertise him and if any one has any hint or tips, or would like to hire him for stud.
I look forward to hearing your response's

Hey, because he's a GSD i'd strongly recommend getting him hip scored, not possible breeders will use a dog with no idea of his hip score. I'd talk to your vet about that.
