No we haven't had her scanned.She's totally unperturbed at the prospect this is her second litter and our 5th so its actually boring waiting for the time to go.It not flying its dragging now. We are 99% certain she is having pups and at the moment I seem to be answering emails of people after a pup asking questions. We've even had enquiries about this litter from as far away as Bermuda and so far I have not made it known in the whippet world that we were even planning this mating. They will be the first litter by this sire born in this country.

I don't know what you mean by that I've never had a bitch scanned and with a whippet its not exactly hard to see when they are pregnant.

If you mean the enquiry from Bermuda yes they are genuine.They already have a whippet from Ireland and I have contacted them and they are not time wasters.Unfortunately they want a fawn male and I do not think I will have a fawn in this litter.

If you look above, Reddogs has left a funny message in reply to my little puppy having perfect poo that will smell of roses, my responce was to that

Ours have officially taken over the sitting room now, the puppy pen takes up nearly 1/3 -1/2 of the room. They are developing their characters now and I think we've managed to chose the one with the largest personality

but they are a huge pleasure and I hope they will bring their new owners a lot of joy

Thats OK hun Reddogs must have posted at the same time as me and I din't see her post. I'm used to people not believing me when I say I have had a puppt enquiry from Bermuda. I doubt as they will get 1 though as its a long way fro a puppy to fly and they've got that blasted triangle were things dissappear

I could do with a decent holiday LOL

As for the triangle... (maybe Reddogs could use it for all her pups poo! )

It would be a long old flight but have known pups to go to Australia.

I hope you will keep us updated as nothing cuter than loads of little ones

If a pup does go then I am thinking they are going to have to come to collect it I'm not happy about flying a pup that far on its own. I have checked if it is a direct flight to Bermuda then it would have to have its rabies shots at 12 weeks wait another 4 weeks then fly out. If the plane had to land in USA it would need a full pet passport even if it did not come of the plane so wouldn't be able to fly until 6 months old or more.

They want a pale fawn and as I have done a brindle to brindle mating there is only a slim chance of a fawn. There is a very slight hance we know that as Holly is by the dog we used on Freyja and is Freyja's half sister (same dam) and she is fawn and white so it is a possiblity although not great.
