Hi there,
Have been trawling the internet and pet shops all over the Glasgow area for a Chihuahua breeder. Does anyone know of one in Scotland? Would be willing to travel for one.

OK firstly...

PLEASE DONT BUY YOUR NEW PUP FROM A PETSHOP!

now, onto breeders, contact the chihuahua breed clubs, they will have the details of breeders in your area, not all will have pups at the moment so you may have to wait for the pup, but that would also mean you have the chance to get to know the breeder and the parent dogs before bringing your new family member home!

I am very jealous, would love a chihuahua but until i have saved enough to cover the huge purchase price i cant make that a reality!

Thanks but don't know how to contact the breed clubs, seem to be getting redeirected to all wrong directions when I look. DO you perhaps have any contact details?

OK here is a list of breed clubs and contact numbers, they will keep a list of breeders, a puppy list and should be able to put you in touch with someone in your area...

Some from champdogs, some from british chihuahua club website and some from KC website. Hope they help.

If you phone The Scottish Kennel Club they will be able to give you Breeders in your area.
