noodle gave birth 24th december 62 days gestation ,pups 2 weeks old yesterday eyes still closed
retro gave birth 26th december 57 days gestation so 2 days younger than noodles there eyes started to open yesterday
ive always said my russell are forward lol

I suppose just like us humans - we don't always do what we are supposed to when we are supposed to.

A couple of years ago we had 2 litters of whippets 10 days difference in age . They both had the same dad and the mother of the older litter was also the granny of the younger litter but the difference in their developement was amazing.The younger ones never seemed to be as forward as the older ones the older ones had their eyes open at a younger age and ate solids at a younger age.

some are quicker than others, it amazes me how quick some grow faster and develop quicker even in amoungest litter mates
