I have a jrt cross and this is her first litter, she is two and a half yrs old, her mate is a jrt, Jodie is around 63days preggers give or take. Her temp since 12:10am was, 37.6c then at 9:20am it was 36.8c and now at 12:51pm it's 36.4c, I have my vets emergency number but don't want to keep hassling him with every lil thought I have, so can anyone tell me if this could be the start of labour, the past week she has been looking sad and shakey and sleeping lots, she hasn't gone of her food and no sign of making a nest, she did loose a clear mucus when she had a wee and the vet said that could be a part of the plug.

Re: JRT cross, first litter, help!!
What dates was she mated?? Slightly concerned that you are not sure what day she is on hun. Does sound like her temp drop, try to remember that not all bitches show all of the signs that we expect to see, some show no signs at all
